I hope everyone had a safe evening and day Monday and Tuesday.
I am here, no issues, no need for ibuprofen, and a great goal for the new year. Our local "biggest loser" group is doing weigh-in this evening, and I am gunning for the win. Our deadline day is now, what end of May?
That has me in a better place to lose my goal of 25 lbs without totally giving up on beer and wine. I needed to curtail that stuff anyway....
PLUS, I shoudl be completing my gym eval and doctors release in the next few days, and I can start going to the gym with one of my friends in the loser group.It's not an optical illusion.
