BTW,
we were all talking the home remodel thing last week. I went out and bought that Punch software andn spent some time with it. There are some paradigms I need to shift a little froma pure engineering software like SolidWorks, but some of it is starting to stick to my brain, and I have to say, the stuff is pretty cool, and powerful.
I did a few render snapshots of some parts of a few of the kitchen ideas I am playing with, and I am psyched about playing with it, and working over different scenarios / designs. The stuff generates images that are almost photo-like. Amazing...It's not an optical illusion.

Now, the hard realization; I have some pretty rich tastes, Jenn-Aire, Fisher- Paykal, etc...
The remodel that ultimately looks the hottest would probably buy a nice starter home when it is all said. I need to turn it down a notch I am afraid...

Tonight will be a relatively quiet one. I live in a rural setting, and will be driving a scant three miles of dirt road to some friend's for an almost responsible celebration of the incoming new year. Last year I was extremely well behaved, and intend a repeat performance.
I was thinking about that very thing, and realized despite being totally lucid and sober, you never know about the guy driving that other set of headlights, so let me say now, everybody, lets all be safe, and not only be responsible this evening, but be on the lookout for those who maybe are not.
I would prefer to be able to log on Wednesday and find all of you here, going about posting as usual.
