Yeah The cabins are clarions and the 2 tower are kickers...if that makes a difference. Right now its wired with the right rear and right tower speakers twisted together at the amp and same for the left.

Anyway, if my assumption above is correct, you should be able to get away with wiring hte cockpit speakers in parallel and connecting them to half of the full-range section of the amp. The bowrider soeakers should each go on their own channel on the other full-range half of the amp.

If the amp gets hot and shuts down, you will need to wire the cockpit speakers in series...

ok FYI.... cabin clarions are 100w and towers are 60s i think. I dont know if that makes a difference

In parallel wiring, the wire from each speaker is connected such that the plus leads touch each other and the negative leads touch each other, typically at the amp, like the left side of the pic below. It is easy to see that if one speaker were accidentally disconnected, the other would still play, since it is still connected to the amp.

Series wiring on the other hand, makes a big loop, "daisey-chaining" the speakers. This wiring has a higher load, and therefore draws less current, so the amp runs cooler. Thing is, if one of the speakers come disconnected anywhere, both speakers will quit playing.
