250 - 300 microfarad is the proper size I believe. There is no calculation, at least not yet...

Again, parallel to the offending noise making load. One wire from the cap to the power wire to the device, the other wire from the cap to ground.

No, my boss has my laptop and trying to get the biometric fingerprint software installed and working. Talking about a royal PITA....

good luck with that. We are trying to use it for our truck racks and it just doesn't work, oil or stuff on your finger messes it up, and everytime you cut your finger it messes it up as well.
