No, shipping on these were like 15-25 which is a rip off... And I just found a pair for $38, $9 to ship but its got 58 seconds left and Im not ready to buy now... damn those were brand new too..

250 - 300 microfarad is the proper size I believe. There is no calculation, at least not yet...

Again, parallel to the offending noise making load. One wire from the cap to the power wire to the device, the other wire from the cap to ground.
