Front and rear suspension is torn down, just wating on some new bushing kits and shocks.

Rear axle ready to have the new leaf spring perchs tacked to the top of the axle tube. This is how the 3" lift is done for the rear, relocate the leafs from the bottom to the top of the axle.

Drive axle back in and bolted up with new shocks and leaf spring bushings and botls

Front suspension back together with 3" drop spindle lift, new shock and some new bushing and hardware.

      Back on the ground

Body is at the body shop getting repaired and painted. Hope to have it back this week. Not a lot of progress since the last post, but the new seat bases and backs are done and new black skins are on.

Since the brush guard did not have a means to attach the winch fairlead, we fab'd one out of .125 x 3 x 12 flat stock steel.

Custom mounting for an ATV/4-wheeler storage basket. Just need to get some bending, welding and painting done.

Got the body back and have been slowly putting it back together and its beginning to take shape. It was raining today, so pics were taken inside with not so good lighting. Just waiting on another set of headlights to try and finish the cargo basket. Once the front supports are welded on we can do a final test fit and mark and weld the rear supports.

Looks good man. What is the rough cost comparison between the custom built cart vs. a new EZ go?

With all the upgrades and paint shop labor to repair and paint the front clip, rear body and roof, my buddy is into it about $2700 right now.

                        Looking good Mike!

I think it needs a Kicker PXi50.2 and some Kicker 6.5" speakers w/ LEDs.
The luck is gone, the brain is shot, but the liquor we still got.

Very nice. Were going to tear into my brothers this winter and add a little height to it. Should be a fun project

Finished the cart up this morning and was able to get some decent shots in the sun.
