so job transfer has me relocating from Boise to Green Bay.. towed the boat/mc out there last week and am looking to be out there around the end of March..

Not looking forward to a shorter season, but early indications are it's a real nice place to live..

anyone else around the area??

property taxes are high, but not 11k high. most of the places I looked at in the 140-190 price range have taxes in the 3-4k range. mine here are 780, but I know I'm getting a deal in a low tax state and not in the city limits..

I don't like cheese and the rest of the stuff you list sounds nasty
my downfall will be keeping out of the bars and all the cheap beer..
