Lake Palestine TX

Anyone here have opinions on this lake? Any property owners who have first hand experience? Considering this lake as a potential to purchase a waterfront home/lot. Weekend home maybe Airbnb on occasion.

I know this is lake.. We lived down the road for from 2005-2012 and then move to houston... Not a bad lake but you can only use half of it. One half are stumps and trees for the fisherman, great lake for that, but below the bridge is fine. We had friends that lived on the lake and they loved it. We use to take our tige and have great water. Not a big party lake and not a lot of people out of dallas visited very often. Mainly east texans and a few visitors that had condo's and visited the water park.

Of course it probably has changed tremendously so take it for what it's worth
