Adding another 1K/ could add another 50A draw to the system. As it is now, I would avoid bringing the house bank on line with the alt if you have run those batteries down. You may be closely approaching a stand-alone battery bank.

Im not opposed to that at all. I just want to be able to get a good 4 to 5 hours of play time, and stlll have about 40-50% battery so I dont kill them running them all the way down. How many group 29's do you think it'd take for that. I realize it depends on so much stuff, but just listening to some moderately bassed music (country and a few rap songs) 3/4 tilt minus the inboats for the most part parked, how many batteries would u recommend?

Reva got the camper all painted today, 2 coats and it looks awesome. I got all the hardware swapped out and the light in the bathroom taken down so we can put up a 3 light bar fixture. Its coming along

I bought 6' of 0 gauge from home depot so I can make the ground longer to the battery bank. I have a coupler coming in the mail so I can get the sub going.

You have to come up with a best guess estimate of the total current draw, then calculate the battery bank's Ah. I think those batteries are factored at a 100 Ah with a 5A draw.
