Sand a clean the hull, then drill some .24" holes into your block. This gives the glue somewhere to go, making a better bond then just 2 flat surfaces. Apply some pressure and let it cure.
Theres also a couple of types of marine epoxy adhesives that can be found at marine supply places. They also come in a std caulk tube, but can be pricey.Ain't no 1/2 steppin'
