AT&T shut down all of our work lines today and then told me our carrier must have initatied that.

They've been trying to schedule a startup of a new phone system for weeks.

They canceled the last start-up because they said the phone vendor had not confirmed the date.

We signed a contract with AT&T to install the new system and continue service last summer.
