Got lucky, my sons iTouch that he got for xmas wouldn't power on. Took it to the Apple store. As we got out of the car my wife dropped it. Yep cracked screen. Found out that you have to have an appointment. Told them I didn't have time to wait two hours. They looked at it and gave us another one and sent us on our way
