Several years ago on Christmas eve in Utah a guy went into a cave that he was too big for. It was way down and off the beaten trail. Because they couldn't get him out (there was a rock spur that was caught on his rib cage at a 90 degree turn, would've ripped him in half pulling him out) they cemented the entire cave.
