Too busy to get on TO all weekend. I skipped a few pages, sorry if I missed anything about me.

Got my smoker kinda done though. Door leaks like crazy. I didn't build the side firebox yet, just built a fire in the bottom and used an old disc (farmers use them to cut the dirt) as a diffuser/waterpan.
Burned it in early Sunday morning and quickly threw a small (2#) pork butt on around 11a - pulled it off at 5p.
