Got everything off the walls, carpet pulled up, tack strip pulled up, all the nails and stables pulled up.

We're going to get a quote to refinish them. Sand them down and restain it. I would think it'd only b a few hundred bucks to do it our selfs. A guy can come in and do it in a day, but itll be upwards close to a grand
