How long do you smoke your Boston Butt's?

Depends on the temp Bru, this one I'm speeding up to 7 hours at 325. I have a gas cooker, it smokes on a drip plate over the burner.

when I do a full cooker I'll slow it down to 10-12 hours

The guy that built mine will add a smoke box, sometimes I put a tray of chips in the base.

I was going to throw on some chicken, but I was too busy watching the game. I turn and baste them every 30 minutes for 3 hours.

I usually do mine for 8-10 hours. I have some peach wood on the way I'm excited to try. Been using a mix of hickory and pecan lately.
