All I'm saying is if 12 chilis were entered and only one of them was entirely consumed by 1pm and the contest didn't end until 2 it should be declare the winner by default. Not lose by 4 votes.....

Time to contest the election. Examine each voting record. Try to find some hanging chads or determine that the voters intent was different than their actions
