Having trouble getting back into my work groove after they sent out an email saying they have delayed pay raises from Jan to April now...

They start out the email saying that we topped profit over last year by 26% and they are ecstatic about that but that the other business units are below average so nobody gets anything...but keep on working overtime...for free...LOL!
