I need to go get cleaned up. Been in the attic all day at my son's house. I finally got the projector mounted to the ceiling and ran the HDMI and 110. Just waiting on the 110 socket/HDMI combo to come in, but no more trips into the attic

How far can you run HDMI????
It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....
He has a 25ft cable that is run from the ceiling box to the wall box behind the DVD/BlueRay. He's been running this cable since he first started on the man cave last year, its just been run under the couch with projector in a coffee table. No quality issue noticed

To actually answer your question, I do not know at what length the signal starts to degrade, like 10-15ft with USB.

The longest HDMI cables we will install are 15M (~50'). There is no noticeable signal loss, but reliability becomes an issue with long runs because of the HDCP (copyright security crap) handshake that has to take place between the source and display.
The majority of the homes we do now have video distributed throughout from a central location (HDMI matrix switcher) much like distributing music to speakers throughout the house. Depending on the length, we use various types of baluns that send HDMI video (full HD 1080p, 3D, multichannel audio, etc) via Cat5, Cat6, RG6 or fiber.
The most basic baluns can easily do this up to 130' but we also have some fiber solutions that are good to almost 1000' and can carry network, control, etc.

My wife's new board and boots finally came in so I went by M2 Sports and scooped them up. This is a pretty sick setup IMO. The graphics on the board are stunning. I'll post up some better pics with the boots mounted out in the sun. The darker blue is a metal flake.
JK obviously. I'd really love to ride a Surf Gate boat. I'm sure once more of them get out there, we'll see some great waves out of it.
I have a couple friends who ride goofy and while its not a huge deal, it is a bit of a pain to switch from side to side and its an even bigger pain to dial in both sides.
