I have an appt tomorrow at a bone and joint specialist to have my shoulder looked at. I hurt my held shoulder at the cable park several months ago and it's just not getting better.Comment

I popped the handle on a jump on Sunday and when I landed I spun the board on purpose but then accidentally caught my heelside edge with my back to the boat and did a backflop. Both of my arms flew up over my head as I hit the water. It felt like my arm was just dangling there.Comment

I took a break, some Advil and a beer or two and it felt better so I rode a little more. The last 2 nights have been hell trying to sleep. It's almost like when I sit still for a few, it starts to cramp and sends an aching feeling all down my arm. I can't hardly sleep at night.Comment
