If I put the clear roof in my Corvette (versus the body colored one), you can feel the whole car flex when you go over a train track or large bumps. I think that was a design feature.

As much as I like (and WANT) one of the F150 Ecoboost's, I honestly can't complain about the noise level in the cab of my Chevy. I have been impressed with it's lack of squeaking compared to other Chevy's I have owned that were total rattle traps.

Deciding on refi-ing to a 15 or 30 year mortgage. 30 year fixed is 3.75%. 15 year fixed is 2.875%. Leaning towards the 15 year right now.

Go 15 if you can, look at much money you will save in the long run as it is staggering!

Oh yeah it is pretty amazing Timmy. We are heavily leaning towards the 15 year mortgage. our payment goes up by about $170/mo on the 15 year. It goes down by about $150/mo on the 30 year. That extra $170 gets the house paid down MUCH quicker. Hell at the end of 24 months we will owe $9900 less on the house going with the 15 year loan.
