WA state is getting ready to vote on a proposition to recognize gay marrige this year, I don't think the govt has any business legislating marrige, it's a religious sacrememt. By recognizing marrige and giving certain rights to married couples the govt is endorsing a religion when you think about it. The Catholic Church in the Middle Ages ran most of the world, and they taxed everything, including marrige. When the church lost power and governments started governing again, they kept the marrige liscence tax going and so it has stayed that way till today. I think the govt should not do anything about marrige. If a church wants to marry gay people, fine, but businesses should be free to offer or not offer benefits to the dependants, period. Most businesses would offer the benefits but it should not be mandated by the govt, whether your straight or gay, I think the govt need to but out of religious sacrememts, period.

I think it's silly that they didn't plan to have Strasburg available through the playoffs. Nothing is guaranteed. The poor guy could potentially spend the rest of his career and never pitch in a really meaningful game again.

What I hate is when someone asks me design a stereo for them to design a stereo or ballast system, then takes the parts list and buys it all from the cheapest internet retailer they can find. Then when something doesnt work out right, they come back to you.

I agree Mike. I know I didn't buy much from you but have asked for your help a couple times. I certainly try to give you a plug to people who need your help on the board. I've even called a person or two out on occasion who have all but demanded your help, only to buy the product elsewhere.

Almost home from a company event way on the other side of town. Very nice of them to hire a driver to pick me and my wife up and drop us off at home. Almost 3hrs total driving.

I'm tired. Running on fumes! Very little sleep this week. The Tige reunion should be a blast this weekend though!
