from what I saw, evidence consists of proof of money transfers, emails, analysis of blood testing, and many many witnesses (including six active riders that received shortened 6-month suspensions, and some are his close friends)

so, maybe no smoking gun hardcore physical evidence like an EPO syringe with his blood in it...but the prepoderence of evidence, circumstantial or not, is overwhelming
