So I mentioned an idea to the Mrs... I suggested that since I'm out of the horse business all together and we don't really do much at all with all the land we have, we should sell since we have a decent amount of equity. Pay off my new boat and have a pretty decent down payment on a new house in the suburbs...

She's on board big time. But that means no winch pond and more importantly no big arse shop! But I actually like the idea still.

My brother and another friend of ours both have identical 2002 Mastercraft XStars... My brother tells our friend that his wake is crap because he weights it different that him.

Does it? I would actually have a nicer house, but I wouldn't have shop to keep my boat. I would have to lower the tower to park it inside the garage during the winter, or rent a storage unit...

That's true. I was just looking at Realtor.com and found an awesome short sale house. We actually drove by it tonight and both really loved the outside. I could actually take out one bush and put a gate in along side the house for one of those cheap covers, but I would rather have a proper garage or 'shop' for it.

I remember sitting in general classes as an uppeclassman with freshman. We got the information and I would be ready to leave then the would start in with the dumb questions.
