Motivated to go an entirely new direction when I say "finishing" my degree.

Love those pep rally's...Our last one they told us how revenue was was nearly double for the same timeframe as last year and we were on track to make it double for the year. Someone asked about profit sharing and they were like
, uh, no, why would we do that? Good news, the salary pool will be raised by 2.8% instead of 2.5%. ... you know to compensate for those 3 years where you got 0%. LOL

You know you are good for top management or HR if someone can ask a question, you walk them around the block ask them if that answered their question. They don't want to walk around the block again so they just say yes.Comment
