Mine are chrome, but expect the black will hold up better. I may get mine powder coated local if they get any worse. The do keep chips off the boat and trailer.

They are all chrome now unless you find the older ones. They made some changes based on a couple of issues they had had.

Was wondering what some of you think of this idea?

For a DIY flush kit. Going to the local hardware store and geting a check valve a hose adapter and a few barb fittings and making one to go inline on the raw water intake.

I dont think I would have taken trashing my new prop as well as Mike did. Hat off to Mike, I would have been pissed. Although this summer I have learned that its just a boat and stuff is going to break and not go right.
