Even still, having a degree in the world is fast becoming a necessity. In my line of work, a bachelors gets you in the door, a masters is requried for promotion and higher pay. Dave Ramsey said it best when he told someone that the USA and the world changed in the last 20 years from paying you for what you make to paying you for what you know.

Absolutely right. That's why I said I feel like I hit the lottery, for my education level.
At this point in my career, going back to college to finish my true engineering degree would be the biggest waste of time ever. I would have to get a degree now in Business, then move on to an MBA.
I'm at the top rung of the ladder where I am now. The only thing I can do now, is go back to the manufacturer and try to work my way up on my experience from within, or spend $50k on a BA, then another $50k on an MBA.

That is why it would be tough. Many of those things I could work around but if I have things that have to be done there is no waiting or working around.

I forgot to say that I gave my ol lady the sauce from ET for her bday. She was less than impressed and it was halarious. I told her it was sauce for the boat so we could clean the boat and bond.
