I got my boat up to 40 Friday night when it was all glass with my buddy in the boat. 3 weeks since the accident and he was stoked to b out on the water again. He loved the rev 10s too btw

Not bragging, I don't usually driver faster than about 30MPH (3500rpm).
The RPM were up around 5500! I was happy about it, but who doesn't at least once try and see what it does?

5k rpm is where an LS3 comes alive. I used to love street racing agains the LSx engines in my LT1 Vette because I could take the LS1/LS2's out of the hole because they don't make any power down low and my 383 makes it's peak torque in the low 3's. If you get above 100mph, LSx's just pull away like it's no big deal.

No iPhone5 for me yet. My son keeps chickening out. Then all the other teenagers in the boat saying chit to him and how to try the tricks, how to do it. They all can do it, and they can teach him. But he's only 10 and very timid. They all just made him clam up and he ended up camping outside the wake and riding without even a wake to wake...
I hate that, then I end up yelling at the teenagers.
