Just curious if your taking anything? I use to only eat one meal a day and thought that was good but found out your body just stores it as fat since it doesn't know when it it eating next.
I do a 140 cal soy meal twice a day then eat one meal now. I have hit a plateau, think I need to get a lot more active to drop more.
I do an intermittent fasting routine, supposed to b 16 hours fasted, 8 hour feeding window. There's a book on it and I shed fat pretty good if I stay around 2kcals a day. I also do keto where I take in less than 30g of carbs a day. Hih protein moderate fat.
When I start lifting, I'd work out in the morning and have my biggest meal of the day at 3, than snack at 5 and last one around 7-8. I've recomped off this diet and cut down to a solid 168 in February. Than summer came, food and beer now I'm at 188 Monday
