    Nothing to unplug or plug in, just measure the battery voltage with the stereo off.

              Than it was showing 12.44 at the positive and ground at the subs amp, and it was only up half way so the neighbors dont call the cops My ol lady is taking a nap and when she gets up Ill have her crank it up to where itll shut off and see what the reading is

                  12.4 is plenty for that amp to operate on. Can you measure the voltage at the same time the amp shuts down? I know that may be tough by yourself.

                            No way am I paying 3500 bucks for brand new upholstery and carpet than leaving it outside year round. I'm kinda thinking about taking the system out for the winter in a month or so. Idk if the cold is hard on that stuff but I was thinking it'd be alot easier on it in the house where is 70 degrees Just a thought tho
