I can't figure out why it seems like a little nobody gets the book thrown at them for 1 DUI, rightful so, but people of significance seem to come out unscathed. Ready to repeat.
In Utah they just got a guy that got out of jail on his 6th DUI, he used to be a public defender.
Geez.
Last year we had a couple dandies here. Assistant DA was busted for buying crack on the street.
And the Henderson City Attorney drank a bottle of wine at lunch (on a workday) then crashed her car (in a school zone) and tried to flee the scene. Unfortunately, while she lost her job, her damn contract was written so that she could only be fired for poor job performance. So she actually received a payout from the City

Someone pointing at you? Or just everyone pointing away from themselves?
I take the everyone is potentially guilty or innocent depending on how you want to look at it, myself included until the issue is resolved. Too many like to point right off the bat stating it can never be them without even looking. 9 out of 10 it is them but you have to prove it instead of working with them. Could have resolved the issue quicker and easier if they would've have helped to start with.
