I haven't followed but I know that Lance has been accused for years now with tests that he has passed, maybe he has a secret, but to finally say enough is enough then be stripped is harsh. Seems like there was another motive for the ones accusing him.

It's so challenging when you try to support small businesses trying to make it in the wakeboard/boating industry and they don't know what GOOD customer service means.
You got so many strikes against you to begin with.
Very small market
even worse economy
economy that hit this industry to worst

And a company stills wants to believe they are so good that people will wait on them? Customer service is chit these days and getting worse IMO.
