It is priced perfectly, a friend of our a block down put his on the market today for 75k more than ours they will have a number of price reductions

We sold ours in Utah in a day. You always wonder but from what I had researched it was not what I really wanted but thought that it would sale for. I think that is better than having to do the price reductions, that doesn't look good. IMO
