First, because he has to set the standard. Although I don't think at his age, many of these kids are picking and choosing from their bag of tricks this late in the game in order to just throw what they have to in order to win. Know what I mean?

That's awesome...after 18 years I am at 5 weeks, 2 more years and I get to 6...

I was at 12 years and had 5 weeks then left for greener pastures to start over. I just did 5 years this year for my new company.

What is worse is when you have vacation but can't use it or get paid for it. Then it doesn't matter how many weeks you have.

30 seconds each. Usually fit in a few each day at work.

I take mini 5 vacations all the time too. That's why I'm not out there at worlds with little five. I'm all out!

I'll take a day here or a day there because I want to get out on the water, etc. I learnt a lesson...
