        Ouch! Wish you the best! I'm familiar with something similar. I didn't rotate my hip too much, I simply split my entire pelvis in two (where your femur ball plugs into the hip socket)Sometimes it's better to break than strain IMO...

                    My hip was a horse flipped over on top of me. The reins got caught up on my spur and I couldn't get off the horse. He flipped his head, reared up and came down on top of me on hardpack clay... That was in 2008

                        I had a horse come over on me on an asphalt road, rode it out. Seemed like slow motion. Lucky for me it only dislocated my pelvis.
