Well I was out loading the truck and boat for my trip and found something that didn't make me to happy

I bought this board brand new last November. I have had it on the boat 6 times and not ridden it much at all. I am the only one that have ever used it. I don't know how this could've happened. It is babied. I have it either wrapped in a blanket or in my LF travel bag. I just noticed it and I did have a bad wreck last time out but I can't imagine that would cause this. Any ideas?

ET I believe that you have had to have boards warrantied. What is the process or who do I call?
