The TPMS has temp indication. On the last trip, tires started at 60F in the garage with 65 air temp. After 20 miles on the freeway the temp was 102.

I'll bring my temp gun and shoot them every time I stop

don't use the laser pointer on the temp gun - with the fragile condition those tires must be in, that laser dot might just push them over the edge
