Im beat.....2nd long day working on an X80.

I usually have fun working on my boat, it must be different working on someone else's boat, but I guess you are getting paid.

I had a short test run with filling up the full bow sac and the surf side ballast. It had a LOOOONG pocket and good push, much longer pocket than WABs. I want to get out on his boat too and help him dial in his wake a bit, I think he has more potential to unlock. Not than I'm an expert in ballast, but I'm a pilot, so I think I'm an expert in everything

Getting paid yes, but this one is 2 hrs away and in an uncovered slip. Sun/heat has been bruttal this week.

I swapped the OEM JL's for some REV10's and installed a Syn-4 just for them. The OEM JL 6 chnl was powering the 6 in-boats and the 2 towers

Added WS-420 and swapped the clarion cmd4 and non-LCD remotes for an Alpine CDM-118 and two LCD remotes. Got to make one more trip up there to finish some trim work on the helm remote. We relocated the trim tab switch to make room for the Alpine remote, but needed to make a new bezel. It fits perfect, so not I just need to wrap it in charcoal vinyl.

He needs new boards. The L/F Venture is a slug and the custom is a small board and needs a small rider or a ton of push.

I'm pretty excited to try out my SS pro tomorrow! glad I learned about various board manufacturers on this site or I might have a LF venture too, they look really nice on the wall at most board shops.
