I've put my house on the market twice since I built it in 1999. I was 26 and didn't put much thought into rooms for kids - we didn't have any at the time and I designed the rooms way too small, other than the master. There's a lot of things I would change about my design now but now the wife is kind of attached, kids are becoming attached... Just gotta deal.
