What do you guys think about the Canon T3i? as opposed to the 7D?

my brother just bought the T3i and loves it. It's much less money than 7D and seems to me has nearly all the quality. I also think it is a newer model, so a bit more up to date.

I think the 7D uses CF card vs SD cards and to me, SD is the better deal for cost and everything now reads SD.

All that being said, I'll probably wait and get the next version of 7D which I'll bet comes out before Xmas.
