Sorry you had trouble with your sack drain doc, glad you got it sorted out, and glad I heard that interesting story.

The curl is bad because when you get your board back there the curl will push the board down.
When James Walker came out on my boat Memorial weekend, he taught me a little about that too.
He said quit trying to build the tallest wake you can, instead build a less steep wake that has a looong pocket. He dialed in my Axis with just the stock ballast and he actually loved it.
            Waiting for another good one!

I'll say that I've learned alot too from reading Ragboy and everyone's posts, seeing WABoating, Wakeman22 and Dingleberrys boats and playing with the settings on my own boat. I'm going to meet up with WABoating today and trouble shoot my vent issue. I'll post pictures tonight but what I've seen on my boat is loading up the rear surf corner only I got a high wave with no pocket. I had taps at 0 and 13 mph and still had a very short pocket. When I filled up my bow sack, 400 lb U shaped sack the wave was knocked down a little but I had a huge pocket running taps at 4 and 11.4-11.6 mph.

Settings>General>keyboard>add keyboard> select emoji. Then on the keypad hit the globe by the numbers key.

If you get too much weight in the back corner you will have no pocket. In order for me to be able to have front weight I need more than my custom sack can hold or I need people weight or sacs on the seat which I don't want. All the wakes Ragboy has built or WA's are steeper than I like them which is why my 1000 lbs back corner, no weight up front and 12.6 works for me. With faster boards you don't need 10.6 and as much push

James walkers wave is my style.
