Thanks Skippa. Making the lights work should be a quick fix. It will be much faster than changing out the bulbs in my Nav lights which are now both burned out.

Did a mini mod today though. Tapped into the switched power for the anchor light and ran a 12v receptical to the port locker for my over the rail ballast pump. It will work until I get to plumb stuff in this winter, hopefully.
