IF they indeed dont fit and came back durty it sucks but its not his fault they dont fit.. I would have returned them like I got them but some dont feel that way.

That's BS. If they don't fit, you package them up and return them. You don't use them first.

I don't know of any retail store that will accept anything back blatantly USED.
I order clothes from Whiskey Militia all the time. Sometimes the come to me and they don't fit. If the tags are off them, NO REFUNDS!

A long time ago I bought a box of Tampax for a girl. They didn't fit but she used them anyway. When she tried returning them, they wouldn't give her a refund either.

Putting my self in the buyers shoes. He ordered something and if it didnt fit not really his fault he was not able to keep them.. Some people dont have enough respect to return them like they got them. IF they indeed dont fit and came back durty it sucks but its not his fault they dont fit.. SO I guess its hard to say what to do being he ordered something expecting it to fit and it didnt so he returned them.. Sometimes you have to bite a bullet to say the amazaing seller. Its a hard decision but Im sure you will be far in your opinion and remember its your business not ours. I was very happy with your service and would buy from you again.

I agree. He has getting a full refund plus duties, then, if he wanted to purchase the new sac, he could when they are ready. I was not going to fault or penalize him for there being a difference in distance between one hose and port.

From the pics that you have Mike, did they really not fit or was he making it that way for his reason of refusal? Do you have access to any other 2012 RZ2's that you can have checked? Maybe Bruizza can check his, it is brand new.
