    If he had asked, I probably would have just let him use those until I got the new design made and shipped out. Then return them for full credit towards the new design.

    Just rubs me the wrong way that he sat on the shipping label for a week, then they arrive in this condition and he is expecting a full refund + duties paid.

      I respect you taking the high road with this though Mike... Not sure I wouldnt be sharing this TO's name with everyone. I realize it wouldnt be good business, but still, the temptation would be overwhelming!

        I did inflate them to double check that. They are made to my specs. I order these 5 at a time and this was my last port side and 2nd to last starboard. No one else has indicated a fitment issue either.

              Not sharing name, handle, location of boat. I figured it would be safe to get some thoughts in here. Only a few of us actually read whats posted here

                I couldn't agree more. My initial reaction would be to go the f him route but then I realized that he has a direct connection to your pipeline of customers with this forum and that's when I started thinking about the big picture and how it affects your overall business.

                  100% credit towards the new sacs or refund of purchase less 20% restocking fee.

                          Exactly. I want to whats fair in regards to the whole transaction...which fair may not mean a full refund to him. If he's not satisfied with the outcome and wants to take it public here, then more power to him as I have emails, pics and shipping documentation to substantiate my side.

                            I dont want to flame the guy, I have no ill feelings toward him although i wasnt thrilled with the condition the sacs were returned. He had a legitimate issue. There looks to have been a change a Tige that I was not aware of. its like doing a mod on anything else, theres always a chance that a change was made and something might not fit exactly right. Its part og doing mods on anything.

                            What if someone was installing a new suspension under the sand buggy and some bolt holes didnt line up. The manf agree to give you full refund and work on getting an updated kit to. So instead of boxing the kit back up and returning, you drilled out the holes, used for the weekend then had your secretary call for a return and send it back all muddy and used.

                              Putting my self in the buyers shoes. He ordered something and if it didnt fit not really his fault he was not able to keep them.. Some people dont have enough respect to return them like they got them. IF they indeed dont fit and came back durty it sucks but its not his fault they dont fit.. I would have returned them like I got them but some dont feel that way.

                              SO I guess its hard to say what to do being he ordered something expecting it to fit and it didnt so he returned them.. Sometimes you have to bite a bullet to say the amazaing seller. Its a hard decision but Im sure you will be far in your opinion and remember its your business not ours. I was very happy with your service and would buy from you again.
