2th, I just went back and looked at your photos again. I guarantee you can jack knife your boat and get that tongue over behind that center wall. Then it'll be 100 times easier to push the entire boat forward so the tongue is closer to that wall then trying to push it sideways.

I just built my metal shop and I don't have a proper drive in front of it. You should see the crazy position my truck and boat are in to get my boat backed in and straight. (Yes, I have OCD that same way and want my trailer STRAIGHT in my shop as well)

Ill try again, but i want it between garage doors. I can get rear in, but swinging the tongue so its sits straight is next to impossible. The go jacks i bought say 1550 per unit...and i got 4..... But the plastic wheels bend

You should be able to push that tongue 4-5' with 2 peeps

Amazingly, with the Tige, the first time we put it in was the best. We never got the boat positioned as perfectly was we did the very first time.


Doc, the only way to get it to move is if you rock it. It wont move if you are statically pushing on it.

I wouldn't say it's "easy" to push it sideways. You can do it but make you sure don't have to have bowel movement before you start pushing because you gotta put your weight into it pretty good...

Don't know if you saw this or not doc, but here is how our 21i fit into our garage.
We would drop the trailer off the truck when the trailer jack was just outside of the garage. Then it was a delicate maneuvering process of rolling the boat in and out and pushing it in.

That's how I had to help my brother get his old Response into his garage. I think it was a '96 Response... back in '96 - '97 around there

Yup...its got alcohol in it...but whisky is also anesthetic...drink enough and you wont feeeel a thing! I
