No it doesn't. They claim that, but it doesn't. It is good though. I just went to my garage to take a pic of how much ice was left in my small one from yesterday, but it's all melted and it's only ~60 in my garage right now. Water is still very cold though.
They are great coolers but the only way that thing is holding ice in 120 for 24 hours if you put 20lbs in it (and nothing else) and don't open it. If you're like my family, that cooler is opened and closed about 30 times a day for a minute or more each time.
geeeeeez... This is going to be painful, and expensive. $450 for new tires for the trailer. DHM went out of business, and has become California Trailer Works. Fender is going to cost me $54. Now I just need to find someone to cut out the old one, and put in the new one.
BTW - that big one gets HEAVY and that's why it has a shoulder strap, you WILL need it. Throw a case of beer, pop, capri-suns, waters and ice in there and that thing is easily 75lbs. That's why I keep it in the bow under the filler cushion, too heavy to move around and makes nice bow ballast.
It gets hot there... I pounded 4 Coors Light the first hour I was out there, and it went down like ICE COOLD water. Get enough people in his bought and he will need that kind of storage to keep his hoes and ballast happy.

Rookie...
4 Coors lights goes down in about 30 minutes
Just kidding... sorta.
I don't have a "dedicated" cooler location on my Axis. Oddly enough there is actually a lack of good storage in this boat because of the plug 'n play ballast system. I'm going to stuff this soft cooler under the gunwale seat right behind the helm. It *should* fit.
My hard cooler usually get a 30pack of Coors Light, a handful of waters, soda and Mike's hard lemonade for the wifey. That thing plus ice is usually up well over 50-60 lbs as well.
