Im sure it will be resolved....I am a perfectionist...so this kind of stuff bugs me...especially since some things can be easily solved if someone cares to discuss.

I guess my problem is everyone expects me to be perfect at work, and if I am not, I make darn sure it gets made to be perfect the second time....plus no matter if its a lab or employee that causes the grief...Im the fall guy as my name is on the building!

THAT is what I think Rick is like...he took the time to call me...and that says a lot. Way more than what Malibu would have done for me, and why I chose the Tige for my second boat.

I agree Kurt. I'm the same way. I spent 2 hours yesterday going over everything on my new boat.

There was a very minor checklist of things to fix and the salesman stole parts off the showroom boat to fix mine!

Only one thing he has to order from factory and he's on it.

Kurt - honestly, this forum is usually extremely helpful and understanding when someone posts a problem with their boat. I think emotions got a little worked up when some people felt that your posting of the videos was meant as an attack on Tige. Not that Tige doesn't need to play a role in fixing the issues - but often people come on here and blast away at Tige for things that really are the dealer's fault (or sometimes the owner's fault).

Once everyone calms down, I'm sure that you'll find this site to be a great resource.
