No amps, I was trying to use my iPhone but there was no sound from any source. I have no amps, all the speaker wires are still attached, I never touched them.

Using headphone jack off the iphone? Silly question, but just making sure...was the volume turned up on your phone?

Hmmmm...if you aren't getting sound from any source, but the HU is powered up, then I'm stumped. Sorry.

Nice job. Looks good. Is it possible that there was another small lead connected to one of the battery switch posts that was left off when you put everything back together? The other possibility, probably only my unique boat - I had a red ground wire (with a black sleeve on it) that was a 12 awg wire connected to my house battery. I almost put it on the pos terminal when connecting everything back.

It was real simple, I have everything hooked up just like before, no missing leads, the same set up, just replaced the big ugly switch with a matching black switch and then I flush mounted the factory switch and the new switch as pictured. I'm stumped too. I plugged the batteries in tonight, they were down to 12.1v, I plug them in for a few days once a month.
