          200 meter 4th, he was dang tired by them

          To me he did dang good especially considering his back has been bad. I am just hoping that track didn't rebreak it.

            Second in State and a Silver medal is not too bad but she is pretty upset...

                                Just threw a tri tip on the grill and broccoli, peppers, carrots, onions in the skillet with some lemon and garlic, tri tip was rubbed and soaked in Paul newmans Italian Dressing
