WA state has no state income tax either, looks like 60/year but need to get a new plate and pay 24 bucks extra for that every 7 years. Boat registration is a little more, .5% of assessed tax value plus a few fees.

Boat is $15 a year in Wy, Trailer was about $60 last year and going down every year.

I think you need to register with the state, pay business taxes, and have regular exams and testing.

That is, if you want to be a legal ho.

I do pay for a discovery pass which is required to access the public lakes in WA. I also pay an extra 20 bucks for invasive species in both ID and WA. I also pay 40 bucks to the Idaho county parks department to have access to those lakes as well.
